The service

Forma is the trading name used on formakits.com by Forma Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States. Forma sells first-party downloadable digital products, including templates, spreadsheets, prompt libraries and supporting instructions.

Forma is not a marketplace, payment facilitator, crowdfunding platform, public file-sharing service or cyberlocker. Third parties cannot list or sell their own products through this site.

You may purchase as a guest. You must provide an accurate email address so we can deliver your private access link and assist with the order.

Prices and payment

The price, currency, and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Stripe processes the transaction. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and Forma makes the product available for download.

Digital delivery

Delivery begins after successful payment. The confirmation page and transactional email provide access to a private library page, which creates a fresh, time limited file link when requested. The library page is for the eligible buyer only and is not a public file sharing or upload service.

Licence and permitted use

Your purchase grants the usage rights stated in the licence included with the product. Unless that licence expressly permits it, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publish the source files as a competing product or public resource.

AI assisted products

Prompt products are editable text resources for drafting and research workflows. They are not automated decision systems and do not guarantee business, marketing, financial, advertising, search-ranking or platform results. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting confidential information, and following the terms of the AI service you use.

No professional or regulated advice

Forma products are informational templates and editable files. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, credit repair, medical, employment, immigration or other regulated professional advice. Spreadsheet templates are for internal planning and scenario organization only. You are responsible for decisions made from your own data and should consult a qualified professional where required.

Acceptable use

You may not use Forma products to create unlawful, deceptive, harmful, adult, hateful, infringing or regulated content or services. You may not use them for gambling, cryptocurrency or investment promotion, document falsification, sale of traffic or engagement, spam, credential theft, malware, evasion of platform rules, or any activity prohibited by your payment provider, platform provider or applicable law.

Availability and support

If delivery fails, contact orders@formakits.com with the purchasing email and product name. Do not send card details. We will restore access or provide another appropriate remedy.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Rules for withdrawal from immediately delivered digital content vary by location and are described in the refund policy.

Changes

The version shown at the time of purchase applies to that order. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised update date.
