Refund policy

When we will help

Contact us if you were charged more than once, received the wrong product, cannot access the private download, or the delivered files are materially corrupted or incomplete. We may restore access, replace the files, or issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.

If your file does not work, is missing, corrupted, duplicated, or incorrectly delivered, contact orders@formakits.com within 14 days of purchase so we can investigate and provide a clear remedy.

What the products are

Forma sells downloadable templates, spreadsheets, prompt libraries and supporting instructions. We do not sell guaranteed outcomes, regulated advice, traffic, engagement, investment opportunities, employment placement, public file hosting or third-party marketplace listings.

Change of mind

Because digital delivery begins immediately, a statutory withdrawal right may end after delivery starts only where the law allows it and the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of that right. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply.

How to request support or a refund

Email orders@formakits.com with the email used at checkout, the product name, and a concise description of the issue. Do not include card details. We normally respond within two business days.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Download access may be disabled when an order is refunded, disputed, or reversed.

Disputes

If something is wrong with an order, contact us first so we can investigate and provide a clear remedy. Opening a payment dispute may pause or disable access while the payment provider reviews the transaction.
