Business model

Forma sells first-party downloadable digital products through formakits.com. Products include editable templates, spreadsheet files, prompt libraries and supporting instructions. Customers make a one-time purchase and receive private access to the purchased file package after payment.

Forma is not a marketplace, reseller network, payment facilitator, crowdfunding platform, public file-hosting service, cyberlocker, social engagement service or traffic provider. Third parties cannot upload, list or sell their own products through Forma.

Product scope

Products are practical organization and content-preparation files. They are designed for internal planning, drafting, research support and personal workflow organization. All products are reviewed before publishing and include licence terms or usage notes.

Forma does not sell adult content, gambling products, cryptocurrency products, investment opportunities, credit repair, lending, debt services, medical products, regulated professional advice, fake documents, malware, platform manipulation, traffic, engagement, followers, likes, testimonials or guaranteed business outcomes.

AI and prompt products

Prompt products are editable text resources. They help customers structure drafting, research, planning and creative prompts. They do not automate decisions, guarantee revenue, guarantee marketing results, guarantee platform ranking or replace professional review. Customers remain responsible for checking outputs and following the terms of any AI tool or platform they use.

Payment and delivery

Checkout is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Forma does not receive or store full card numbers. Digital access is delivered immediately after successful payment by confirmation page and email. Each download request creates a fresh, time-limited file link from private storage.

Customer support and refunds

Order and download support is available at orders@formakits.com. Customers should include the checkout email, product name and a concise issue description, but never card details or passwords. Delivery failures, duplicate charges, wrong files, corrupted files and materially incomplete files are investigated and remedied by restoring access, replacing files, or refunding when appropriate.

Compliance posture

Forma's public terms prohibit unlawful, deceptive, harmful, adult, hateful, infringing or regulated uses. Customers may not use Forma products for gambling, cryptocurrency or investment promotion, document falsification, sale of traffic or engagement, spam, credential theft, malware, evasion of platform rules, or activity prohibited by a payment provider, platform provider or applicable law.

Community events

Forma Digital LLC occasionally participates in community and charity events where we promote the FormaKits brand and may sell food, beverages or merchandise in person using Stripe POS. Net proceeds from selected events may be donated to charitable causes.
