How do I receive my product?
Digital access is delivered immediately after successful payment by confirmation page and email. The order email contains a private library link for the purchased product.
When do I get access?
Access starts after payment is confirmed. If the email does not arrive, check spam first and then contact orders@formakits.com with the email used at checkout.
Which programs are supported?
Product pages list the relevant compatibility. Most packages include editable CSV, Markdown, HTML guide and licence files. Spreadsheet products work with apps that open CSV files. Prompt products work with AI tools that accept text prompts. Canva and Notion products include layout, planning and setup files for recreating the workflow in those tools.
Can I download again?
Yes. Your private library page can be reused by the eligible buyer. Each download request creates a fresh, time-limited file link from private storage.
What if something does not work?
Contact orders@formakits.com within 14 days if a file is missing, corrupted, duplicated, incorrectly delivered, or if your private access link does not work. Include the product name and the email used at checkout. Do not send card details or passwords.
Does Forma sell third-party products?
No. Forma sells first-party digital products created for formakits.com. Third parties cannot upload, list or sell their own products through the site.
